Service Advisor - McDonough

TireSouth is a tire and auto service business with multiple locations across the Atlanta area. This Service Advisor role is for our McDonough location at 764 Georgia 155 South, McDonough, GA 30253. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Greet customers, understand their concerns, and own the relationship from drop-off to pickup - Present each vehicle's full needs clearly and honestly, including larger repair recommendations - Ask for the sale, handle objections, and offer financing options when they help the customer - Write repair orders and keep customers updated throughout the visit - Follow up on declined services and keep every commitment you make - Follow the TireSouth sales and service process every time and track your numbers (sales, gross profit, average repair order) WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR MUST-HAVE: - A sales track record with results you can point to (close rate, average ticket, quota attainment) - Clear, confident communication in person and by phone - Organization: you juggle several customers without dropping follow-ups - Coachability and willingness to follow a defined process - Comfort being measured and owning your results, including missed goals - A real sense of urgency NICE-TO-HAVE: - Service advisor, service writer, or automotive sales experience - Automotive service knowledge (tires, brakes, suspension, maintenance) - Experience presenting financing options No automotive background?
