We're growing our Aftersales teams and are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join us.

What makes a great Service Advisor?

It's more than booking cars into the workshop.

You'll be at the centre of the customer experience, building relationships, managing expectations and making sure customers understand the work being carried out on their vehicle.

You'll also be commercially focused — identifying opportunities, maximising labour sales, selling additional work and helping drive the overall performance of the Aftersales Department.

We'll be looking for someone who can:

• Deliver excellent customer satisfaction and CSI
• Build strong relationships and create repeat business
• Manage customer expectations from booking through to collection
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally

Your experience matters

We're ideally looking for an experienced Service Advisor from a franchised dealership environment.

However, if you've got strong customer service and sales experience from another environment and can demonstrate the right attitude, commercial awareness and ability to build relationships, we'd still like to hear from you.
