Service Advisor (ProAuto_Kinrara)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide good customer service by understanding customers’ needs and recommending suitable vehicle maintenance and repair services.
• Prepare service quotations, obtain customer approval for additional repairs, and explain repair work and charges clearly.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure vehicles are serviced or repaired and delivered on time.
• Keep customers informed about repair progress, parts availability, delays, and major repair updates.
• Assist in service campaigns, vehicle recalls, and Fix-It-Right programmes.
• Conduct final quality checks to ensure vehicles are in good condition before delivery to customers.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or the immediate supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SKM Level II, Diploma in Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work well in a team.
• Responsible, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Must have own transport and a valid Class D driving licence.
• Salary will be based on qualifications and relevant working experience.
• Willing to work in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
