As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive experience from booking through to vehicle collection. If you're a strong communicator who can build relationships, stay organised, and provide outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:
Working closely with customers, technicians and the wider service team, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing customer bookings and service enquiries
• Welcoming customers and providing a professional first impression
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
• Coordinating workflow between customers and the workshop team
• Preparing service documentation, invoicing and administration
• Handling customer enquiries in a professional and solutions focused manner
• Building strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
• Ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience

About You:
We're far more interested in finding the right person than someone with years of automotive experience – although don’t let that deter you if you do!

You'll bring:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building ability
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
• A positive, professional and team-focused attitude
• Good computer and accurate administrative skills
• A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail leadership, administration, reception, account management, service advisory, or a similar customer-facing role would be highly regarded.
