We're looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our busy and successful team.

Position:

As the link between our customers and workshop you will be at the heart of the service experience ensuring every customer receives professional, personalised service they expect from a leading dealership. This is a fast-paced environment and requires a high level of communication and enjoys building strong relationships with our customers.

About the role:

In this rewarding role you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by:

• Manage customer service and repair bookings
• Coordinate customer requirements within workshop operations
• Monitor work in progress and keep customers informed
• Prepare and explain service invoices
• Coordinating workshop schedules to keep work flowing efficiently
• Ensure all processes are completed accurately and efficiently

About you:

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

Essential:

• Passionate about delivering great customer outcomes
• Able to manage time and prioritize workloads effectively
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• A proactive, positive and professional attitude
• Attention to detail and accurate computer skills
• Holds a current NZ Driver's License

Desirable:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry or in a related customer-facing role would be desirable. A background in customer service or sales would also be desirable.
