Service Advisor / Service Supervisor （大圍）

Responsibilities

1 Provide professional maintenance advice, quotation and quality customer services；

2 Coordinate with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently；

3 Handle customer enquiries in professional manner to ensure the customer experience；

Requirements

1 Diploma or above in any disciplines；

2 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in automotive industry；

3 Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills；

4 Proactive, attentive to details and pleasant personality；

5 Proficient in Microsoft Office

6 Possess a valid HK driving licence with Class 1 & 2

7 Good command of spoken Cantonese and Putonghua
