Service Advisor- Vinfast North EDSA

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify vehicle service and repair needs.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare service estimates.
• Prepare and monitor repair orders and job assignments.
• Coordinate with technicians and the Service Department for repair progress.
• Explain recommended repairs, costs, and service procedures to customers.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status.
• Ensure proper documentation of all service transactions.
• Coordinate warranty claims and other service-related requirements.
• Conduct vehicle release and explain completed repairs to customers.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer procedures.
