Service Advisor with Experience

Salary Range: $70,000 - $140,000 commission based per year

Responsibilities

• Perform “walk-a-round” with client at the time of arrival for service
• Determine guest’s primary concern and review additional maintenance
• Provide in depth information about parts and service options
• Produce repair orders for guests including cost and time estimates with full transparency
• Offer transportation options at the time of service
• Follow up the guest on the status of their vehicle throughout the service visit
• Maintain high customer service and satisfaction to dealership standards as measure by surveys from different sources.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with windows, ADP/CDK,
• Ability to work with various extended warranty and fleet-pay companies.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Use computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to multitask, phone, computer, and live person in front of you Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
