Service Advisors and Technicians

The award-winning service department at Stuart Powell Ford Mazda is busier than ever and looking for full-time Service Advisors, QuickLane Tire and Lube Technicians, and Ford and Mazda Certified Service Technicians to join our team immediately.

Service Advisor Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of previous service advisor or service writer experience, preferably with Ford and/or Mazda
• Must be team-oriented, flexible, and committed to a high level of customer service
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain repairs and recommended services clearly and honestly
• Working knowledge of dealership service systems and repair order processes

QuickLane Tire and Lube Technician Job Requirements:

* Must have previous auto maintenance experience

* Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

* Strong working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc.

Certified Technician Job Requirements :

* Must have minimum 1-year previous auto technician experience and be Ford and/or Mazda Certified

* Must be team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

* Must have strong working knowledge of diagnostic equipment.
