Service Advisor/Writer

Fury Motorsports is a powersports dealership in Castle Rock, and we are hiring a Service Advisor to join the shop.

You will write service on street bikes, ATVs, side by sides, and snowmobiles, and at times on trucks and trailers. Customers come in for a small repair, regular maintenance, an insurance claim, a custom build, and everything in between. You are the person who hears what they want, writes it up clearly, and gets the yes.

A day on this counter is the call, the estimate, and the follow-through. You set a time the shop can keep, write the repair order, walk the customer through the price, and ask them to approve the work. Then you keep them posted while the techs do the job, until it is finished and the invoice makes sense.

If you have already written repair orders and presented estimates, you will be ready for this seat. We will show you the machines. We need you to be comfortable asking for the yes.

Pay

Pay is a base hourly rate plus commission on the repair orders you write. On our current book, a full-time writer should expect about $45,000 to $63,000 a year. There is no cap. When you close more work, the check follows. We walk through how commission is figured on a short video call, before anyone comes to the shop.
