Service Ambassador

• Order Management: Greets guests, presents menus, shares daily specials, takes accurate orders, and inputs them into the point-of-sale (POS) system. [1, 2]
• Table & Room Service: Serves food and drinks following proper etiquette (such as serving beverages from the right and clearing from the right), manages room service deliveries, or supports banquet/buffet stations. [1, 2, 3]
• Guest Satisfaction: Answers menu questions, accommodates dietary needs, monitors table needs, and processes payments or charges items directly to guest rooms. [1, 2]
• Maintenance: Clears and resets tables, maintains cleanliness standards, and stocks service stations. [1, 2]
