About the Role

You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and process support of soldering and production equipment such as selective soldering machines, wave soldering machines, reflow ovens, stencil printers, and rework systems in Philippines and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain soldering and production equipment at customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance work.
• Provide mechanical engineering support for projects.
• Conduct on-site training for customers on operation and maintenance.
• Provide process consulting and optimization support.
• Assist in production ramp-ups and machine demonstrations.
• Prepare accurate service reports and documentation i.e.: CPK, evaluation report & etc..

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in machine service or process engineering (SMT/THT preferred).
• Able to read electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Good command of English and Tagalog (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent working ability.
• Willing to travel within Philippines and overseas.
