Service and Install Coordinator

DeWaard & Bode, Whatcom, and Skagit counties' largest, local appliance and mattress retailer is hiring!

Our growing business is seeking a  Full-time Service Coordinator/Writer . If you are a positive, friendly, and personable individual who enjoys working with other people, we have an opening for you. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing positive front-line contact over the phone with our customers to troubleshoot their service and maintenance needs

• Determining and resolving customer needs

• Keeping organized and accurate records

• Coordinating service and repair appointments

• Communicate daily with technicians and customers to solve problems

• Perform follow up calls and emails

Compensation for this position starts at $22/hour . Wage Rate is $22-26.

Qualifications:

High school diploma

Proficiency with common office and productivity software

Must be willing to undergo a drug screening and background check

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
