Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer – CNC/FANUC to provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for CNC machines and FANUC control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of CNC machines.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of FANUC CNC controls.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, PLC, servo, drive, and machine-related issues.
• Handle CNC machine breakdowns and provide quick technical solutions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot FANUC drives, servo motors, spindle systems, and control panels.
• Understand and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic and CNC parameters.
• Conduct machine testing and ensure proper machine performance after servicing.
• Visit customer sites for installation, breakdown support, and maintenance.
• Prepare service reports and maintain records of machine-related issues.
• Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams for effective problem resolution.

Required Skills

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–4 years of experience in CNC machine servicing/maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with FANUC CNC systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC, servo drives, spindle drives, sensors, and electrical panels.
• Ability to read electrical and control circuit diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of CNC parameters, alarms, and machine diagnostics.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in FANUC CNC, CNC turning/milling machines, PLC troubleshooting, servo systems, and industrial automation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
