JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Vocational or Bachelor's Degree Course
• TESDA National Certificate is an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in the Food and Beverage industry
• Preferably 1-4 years experience specializing in repairs and maintenance
• Knowledgeable and skilled in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works
• Knowledgeable and skilled in masonry and carpentry works
• Knowledgeable in maintenance and repair of exhaust/fresh air blowers, air conditioning
• units, refrigeration units, and other kitchen equipment
• Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
• Ability to check and interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, or parts catalog
• Experience in performing preventive maintenance works
• Experience with precision measuring instruments is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Troubleshoot and repair exhaust/fresh air blowers, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment, and other devices
• Prepares Preventive Maintenance Reports
• Conducts routine maintenance checks of all stores
• Ensures that all the equipment in the store are in good running condition
• Perform maintenance and provide customer support
• Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
• Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
