Service & Operations Associate

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to help with a variety of service and day-to-day tasks at our Brownsburg location. Our business sells trailers and golf carts, so this role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with equipment, helping customers, and pitching in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair small engines, trailers, golf carts, and related equipment
• Perform general mechanical, handyman, and facility maintenance tasks
• Help customers with questions and provide friendly, helpful service
• Complete paperwork and use a computer for basic recordkeeping and business tasks
• Safely drive a truck and trailer when needed
• Keep the shop and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Experience with small engine repair and mechanical work
• Comfortable using computers and completing paperwork
• Able to drive a truck and trailer safely, with an appropriate license and driving record
• Practical troubleshooting and handyman skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with customers
• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose issues and find practical solutions

Pay: $41,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
