Eco Lifestyle Thailand is seeking a proactive and detailoriented Service and Sales Associate to join our team.

This hybrid-role combines technical servicing, customer support, and sales engagement, ensuring that our clients receive reliable product care while also benefiting from tailored lifestyle solutions.

The position requires handson technical skills, strong customer communication, and the ability to support both operational and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues with malfunctioning fitness equipment through thorough inspection, testing, and efficient repair execution.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance, including lubrication, adjustments, and wear and tear inspections to extend equipment lifespan.
• Support the installation and setup of new equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Provide technical assistance to customers on proper equipment usage, addressing concerns about functionality and safety.
• Develop internal technical resources, including troubleshooting manuals, servicing protocols, and a finalized client price list.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to ensure transparency and reliability.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for parts ordering, while staying updated on the latest equipment innovations.
• Educate team members and parttime staff on basic maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist with sales activities, upselling accessories, and promoting addon services.
• Support company events and handle logistics both domestically and internationally.
• Carry out other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
