We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a good work ethic. You don't need experience — we'll teach you the skills

You'll get hands-on experience working with heavy machinery, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment, travelling across NSW, meeting customers, and learning from experienced people along the way.

The one must-have is a current, unrestricted driver's licence, as you'll be out on the road in a company ute.

If you're reliable, practical, keen to learn, and ready to give something a go, this could be the start of a great long-term career, not just another job.

What You’ll Get

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be out on the road across NSW, working on Attach2 excavator attachments for real construction, mining and civil worksites — the machines that build roads, infrastructure and everything around us.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Learn to service, repair and maintain hydraulic and mechanical equipment
• Help install and set up new machines and attachments on-site
• Be the face of Attach2 for our customers — friendly, reliable, and someone they trust
• Keep on top of your jobs, paperwork and parts so every day runs smoothly
• Work alongside our Territory Sales Manager and support team, picking up product knowledge as you go

You’ll Be Great at This If You:

• Hold a current, unrestricted driver’s license and are comfortable travelling throughout NSW
• Are keen to learn a trade and build real, transferable skills
• Show up, work hard, and take ownership of your work
• Are confident talking to people and enjoy helping customers
• Like figuring out how things work — problem-solving comes naturally to you
• Can stay organised and manage a few jobs at once

No excavator experience? No worries. If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll teach you everything else.
