Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate service appointment schedules through phone calls, emails, and online systems to ensure timely and efficient customer service.
• Provide excellent customer support by answering inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette, and offering solutions tailored to client needs.
• Enter data accurately into scheduling software and maintain detailed records of appointments and follow-up actions.

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer service roles that involve outbound calling and appointment management.
• Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of customer support best practices, including call etiquette and active listening techniques.
