Key Responsibilities

• Detail, wash, polish, and prepare new and pre-owned motorcycles to dealership standards
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of motorcycles, the service department, showroom, and dealership grounds
• Safely load, unload, and relocate motorcycles throughout the dealership, and service areas
• Provide courteous, professional customer service during all customer interactions
• Support dealership events, promotions, and daily operations as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to receive and follow directions effectively
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous detailing, powersports, automotive, or dealership experience is helpful but not required
