Makita Australia is looking for a friendly, organised, and hands-on Service Assistant to join our VIC Service Centre team. If you enjoy variety in your workday, have great attention to detail, and thrive in a supportive environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Book tools into our system for repair and arrange dispatch
• Call customers with quotes or when repairs are ready
• Assist the workshop team with tool reworks, cleaning, and preparing parts
• Keep the service area running smoothly with a mix of admin and hands-on tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role (customer service, administration, workshop support & trade background)
• Excellent people skills and a genuine willingness to help
• Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Clear, professional communication skills
