QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree program in HRM/ any related course.
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year experience, preferably in the same industry. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient communication skills both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Interacting with customers and accepting payment from them for
products and services provided.
- Serves each customer / guest respectfully, swiftly and effectively withan honest, positive, friendly, and exuberant attitude.
- Promoting services, improving customer satisfaction, answeringinquiries, reporting to the restaurant's manager, and greetingcustomers.
- Have a general knowledge of the restaurant to answer guest queries.
