SERVICE ASSOCIATE

About the role

The Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall condition of the golf rooms, KTV rooms, comfort rooms, and common areas. The role also includes serving food and beverages, assisting customers at the front desk, and handling POS transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Explain the facility's services, room usage, available food and beverages, and other customer inquiries.
• Take and process customer orders for food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks when applicable.
• Operate the POS system accurately for orders, payments, and transactions.
• Assist customers with their room or golf session needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of golf rooms, KTV rooms, front desk, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize comfort rooms (CR) regularly.
• Immediately clean spills, food debris, and other messes caused by customers.
• Check rooms after customer use and ensure they are clean and ready for the next customer.
• Replenish necessary supplies such as tissue, cleaning materials, and other room essentials.

About you

• At least High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, or customer service is an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS operation is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
• Willing to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Responsible, honest, courteous, and professional.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be comfortable working in an environment where food, beverages, and KTV services are offered.
