Service Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:-

• Greet and assist customers with friendly and professionally approach.
• Check and verify tickets and guide customers to their respective screens/seats.
• Assist customers with queries related to shows, seating , food & beverages, and facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cinema premises, lobby, and auditoriums.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the supervisor.
• Assist in food & beverage counters and ensure proper service to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping ,F&B, security and operations.
• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the guest's visit.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in Shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Teamwork and Problem- solving skills.
• Presentable personality and professional behaviour.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:-

• 12th pass/Graduate ;Freshers can also be considered.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
