Service Associate

Job Summary
Gravity Sourdough Pizza Co. is seeking a friendly and reliable Service Associate to support guests and keep counter-service operations running smoothly. This role includes taking orders, assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Process cash and card transactions through the POS system.
• Answer menu questions and assist guests with selections.
• Prepare and organize pickup orders for customers.
• Keep the counter, dining area, and service stations clean.
• Restock cups, utensils, napkins, and other front-of-house supplies.
• Work with kitchen staff to keep orders moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, cashier, or hospitality experience is helpful.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using a POS system or learning new technology.
• Able to stay organized during busy service periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
