Service Associate

JOB SUMMARY:

The Server is responsible for delivering a genuine, attentive, and efficient dining experience to every guest at every table. This role is the primary point of contact between the guest and the restaurant and is central to the brand's service identity. The Server combines product knowledge, hospitality, and operational accuracy to create memorable guest interactions that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate minimum; Hospitality or Tourism course a strong advantage
• At least 1 year of restaurant service experience in a casual or fine dining
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Guest-first attitude and genuine hospitality
• Food and beverage product knowledge
• Accurate and efficient order taking
• Communication and active listening
• Ability to multitask across multiple tables during service
• Professional appearance and personal presentation

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
