Role & responsibilities
* Work on Service Assurance solutions with focus on Fault & Performance Management
* Hands-on experience with tools like Netcool / SMARTS
* Develop and support APIs and integrations across systems
* Work with telecom OSS / network monitoring environments
* Perform troubleshooting, issue analysis and resolution
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service improvements
Preferred candidate profile
* 45 years of experience in Service Assurance / Telecom domain
* Strong knowledge of Netcool / SMARTS / Monitoring tools
* Good programming skills in Python and/or Java
* Experience with APIs, Integration and data processing
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Immediate joiners (0–15 days) preferred
