WE ARE HIRING! SERVICE ATTENDANT

Location: San Juan City

We are looking for motivated, service-oriented, and professional individuals to join our team as Service Attendants.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Assist guests with seating and provide menus when needed.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for guests.
• Clear and reset tables promptly.
• Respond to guest requests and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and restaurant service procedures.
• Handle guest concerns politely and refer issues to the supervisor or manager when necessary.

Advanced / Additional Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of the restaurant's menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and promotions.
• Provide appropriate menu recommendations and assist guests with their selections.
• Handle special requests, dietary concerns, and other guest requirements professionally.
• Monitor table status and coordinate with the service team to maintain efficient table turnover.
• Assist in setting up and executing private events, functions, and large group reservations.
• Maintain proper service sequence and ensure consistency with restaurant standards.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and proper handling of restaurant equipment and supplies.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and preparation of service areas.
• Work closely with the Supervisor and Management Team to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties related to restaurant operations as may be assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Service Attendant, Waiter/Waitress, or similar restaurant position is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with no restaurant experience are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to learn.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and approachable personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Physically capable of standing and moving for extended periods.
• Good grooming and personal hygiene.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
• Willing to undergo training and follow restaurant service standards.

Work Location: In person
