Service Auditor (Post code: EM(HKTS)-SA_JB)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular on-site supervision in hospitals/ clinics
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to interpreters based on performance observations and client feedback
• Submitting daily and monthly supervision reports
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor for service quality assurance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification
• At least 2 years’ working experience in interpretation and translation
• Excellent communication and interpreting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Advanced computer skills (especially MS Office)

Working location: Kwai Chung and assigned venue

Working hours: 44 hours per week
