Service BDC Agent

One of south Florida’s most successful auto dealer, Bev Smith Kia is looking to add a Service BDC agent to the team! Pay is $15/hr. and opportunity to make monthly bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all inbound service inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script.
• Make outbound calls to generate appointments.
• Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
• Log customer information and update CRM.
• Responsible for helping to drive traffic to our dealerships.

Qualifications:

• Call Center and/or automotive experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Energetic, well-spoken and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Confident and go-getter personality
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be process-driven, coachable, and trainable.
• Strong computer and Internet skills
• Ability to work Mondays through Saturdays, and evenings. Schedule is Monday – Friday - exception of working two Saturdays out of the month.
• Shift is from 10am-7pm with an hour lunch.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test.
• Must be motivated by reaching and exceeding goals.
