Responsibilities Handle all incoming calls

• Schedule all appointments
• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Make follow up calls - customer satisfaction.
• Look up national service history - Dealership Daily.
• Call customers to advise parts are in and set up appointments for install.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet

Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Time Management, Prioritization Skills, And Ability To Multitask Required Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve

Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
