Service BDC

Woody Folsom CDJR Vidalia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service BDC in VIDALIA, GA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our service department and customers for appointments and follow up after service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their vehicle service journey. You will be responsible for managing service appointments, following up with customers, and supporting the service team to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm appointments and updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service schedules in the dealership’s customer management system.
• Communicate effectively between service technicians and customers regarding service progress and recommendations.
• Manage service-related administrative tasks and documentation.
• Promote and encourage additional service opportunities where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or dealership environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software related to customer management and scheduling.
