Service BDC Representative

BMW of South Albany in Glenmont, part of The Albany Auto Group, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as full-time Business Development Representative for our Sales and Service departments!

The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, strong initiative, and be a team player. Dealership experience is preferred; CDK experience is a plus! Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Job Duties:

• Greet visitors
• Confirm daily appointments
• Schedule sales appointments
• Schedule sales appointments
• Reach out to prospective clients who may be in the market for a BMW
• Reach out to customers who received sales campaign letters.
• Call/Schedule service clients for recalls, inspections, maintenance and campaign follow up
• Communicating issues to management for follow-up and resolution
• Reach out to customers via phone to schedule service for their cars

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Dealership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Use of Dealer Management system
• Familiarity with filing systems
• Basic math skills
• Valid insurable driver's license
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Prior experience in retail sales or automotive sales is a plus

Hourly rate plus incentive pay could be $65000 pear year.
