JOB SUMMARY:

A Service BDC Representative will be responsible for helping customers schedule appointments to have maintenance/repairs completed on their vehicle.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Responding to inbound phone and internet inquiries
• Initiate outbound phone follow up to schedule service work for customers
• Having knowledge of the dealership's vehicles and explaining their features and warranties to customers
• Answer customer questions about service maintenance or repairs
• Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles' repair work

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
• Must meet other company requirements for employment such as background check and drug test
• No experience is necessary. We will train you!

PAY:

We offer a competitive commissions and bonuses pay plan.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT:

Is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel and crouch. Required to sit, climb or balance and taste/smell. Must lift within the parameters of the responsibility of the job. Must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Working both indoors and outdoors.
