Service BDC Representative

We are Looking for a full time BDC Service Agent. Qualified candidates will have automotive service scheduling knowledge and terminology. We offer competitive pay, benefits, training, and a friendly work environment. The right candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and focus on customers needs. As a BDC Service Agent you will be tasked with a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, scheduling service, and answering service questions in a friendly and timely manor. Our agents work as a team with other team members, Service Managers and Service Advisors.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Able to work as a team and help other team members.
• Able to Multitask, handling multiple phone calls while using multiple computer systems.
• Previous Automotive service experience is a plus.
• Previous Call Center experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Automotive knowledge and terminology.
• Partner with Service department to schedule service appointments
• Contribute to high scores in customer satisfaction index (CSI)
• All calls answered in prompt, courteous and professional manor
• Make outbound calls including: Service reminders, appointment reminders, recall notices, retention lists.
• Computer skills (typing)
