Service BDC Representative

Cityside Subaru is a growing organization that has served the greater area of Belmont, Massachusetts for over 30 years. We're always seeking qualified, enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team! We have an immediate role for a Service BDC Representative or a Service Appointment Coordinator.

$18.00-$21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone after each appointment.
• Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request.
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
• Advise maintenance recommendations.
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
• Contact customer's with open recalls to get scheduled for completion
• Perform daily follow up of work from previous week
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience)
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain a professional code of conduct at all times
• Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
