Service BDC/Cashier – $16/Hour + Appointment Bonuses

Mike Erdman Nissan is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Service BDC/Cashier to join our team. This position offers a stable 40-hour work week, starting pay of $16 per hour, and additional earning potential through performance-based appointment bonuses. During strong bonus periods, successful associates can earn the equivalent of approximately $19–$20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming Service Department calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Follow up with customers regarding their service needs
• Check customers out and accurately process payments
• Balance the cashier drawer and maintain accurate transaction records
• Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate team member
• Maintain accurate customer information in dealership systems
• Work with Service Advisors and other departments to provide an excellent customer experience
• Complete additional administrative and customer-service tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous call center and/or cashier experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Positive, professional attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
