Service Billing Executive

Position: Billing Executive

Location: Kota , Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process vehicle/service bills and invoices accurately.
• Handle billing activities through DMS and ensure timely invoice generation.
• Maintain and update billing records, job cards, invoices and payment details.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Accounts and CRM for smooth billing and closure.
• Verify billing details, labour charges, parts, discounts, taxes and other applicable charges.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and related records.
• Handle Excel-based MIS and reporting.
• Support reconciliation and correction of billing discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all billing-related work.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Good knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System).
• Knowledge of vehicle/service billing and invoice generation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, filters, sorting and basic formulas.
• Basic knowledge of GST, taxation and invoice processes.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle work under deadlines.

Qualification

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma .
• If Experience: 1–3 years in automobile dealership/service billing preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Mahindra/automobile DMS and service billing will be preferred.
• Freshers can also aplly if they have good knowledge of computer

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
