Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Service Bulletin Author to join our team in Seville. As part of the Service Bulletin department, you will contribute to the creation of technical documentation for helicopters in service. You will analyze engineering inputs, challenge technical data when necessary, collaborate with design office experts, and produce high‑quality Service Bulletins in compliance with applicable standards and customer specifications. → Previous experience in technical writing is an advantage - but NOT a requirement. If you have strong helicopter technical knowledge and a solid ability to interpret and analyze technical data, we will train you in engineering documentation and SB authoring.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze technical source documents provided by engineering offices and customer support teams.

• Identify missing or inconsistent information and request additional data from client technical teams.
• Structure, write, and produce Service Bulletins following internal specifications, customer guidelines, and normative frameworks (e.g., S1000D when applicable).
• Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of technical procedures, illustrations, and compliance instructions.
• Coordinate with engineering experts, design office teams, and project stakeholders to validate content.
• Provide technical support to the customer-facing teams and participate in project review meetings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes, templates, and tools (including potential digitalization initiatives).

Required Skills & Experience Education / Experience:

• A technical degree (Bac +2/+3 or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, electrotechnics, aeronautical maintenance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical function such as design office, maintenance, support engineering, repair office, or configuration management.
• Experience in technical writing is appreciated but NOT mandatory.
• Understanding of helicopter systems, aeronautical configurations, or Airbus platforms is a strong asset.

Technical Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents (plans, diagrams, engineering notes, configuration data). 1

• Capacity to structure technical content clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of S1000D or technical documentation standards is a plus, but training will be provided.
• English proficiency: written and spoken.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-have)

• Previous experience writing Service Bulletins or maintenance documentation.
• Familiarity with Airbus Helicopters configurations and processes.
• Experience with CAD/3D viewers (Catia, 3DVia, etc.) is appreciated.
