Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Responsible to join our Service Bulletin team in Vitrolles. This position involves contributing to the preparation, coordination, and quality assurance of Service Bulletins (SB) and technical publications within the helicopter maintenance domain. You will act as a key interface between multiple departments (SB department, engineering office, logistics, and other stakeholders) to ensure the successful delivery of Service Bulletins. The role includes technical analysis, documentation review, coordination with authoring teams, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Leverage your technical experience in the TechPub domain (Techdata, Service Bulletins, helicopter maintenance).

• Act as an interface between the SB department, engineering office, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure successful SB deliveries.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the quality of Service Bulletins.
• Retrieve information from documentation and apply critical thinking.
• Extract and analyze engineering documentation (e.g., reading and interpreting technical drawings).
• Support the authoring team and ensure coordination with Airbus.
• Prepare and monitor SB authoring workload.
• Implement monitoring tools and continuous improvement initiatives to support team progress.
• Provide technical expertise and suggest improvements for Service Bulletins.
• Ensure proper follow-up of Vendor Service Bulletin (VSB) production.

Required Skills & Experience Education / Experience:

• Diploma in aerospace, Helicopters domain would be a plus, or 3 years minimum experience in Helicopters domain.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of commercial (non-governmental) Airbus Helicopters environments.
• Knowledge of BNAE and ATA100 documentation standards (priority on BNAE).
• Experience in analyzing Airbus Helicopters internal engineering drawings and processes.

Familiarity With

• Technical Data: Ability to consult and search for TD elements (tasks, cards, instructions).
• Logistics: Understanding of procurement aspects, stock management, and part evolution.
• Proficiency with SAP, BFLOW, WINDCHILL, and COREPDM.
• Knowledge of configuration management principles.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and structure technical data required for the creation or update of Service Bulletins.
• Review engineering drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical or logistical issues affecting SB content or delivery timelines.
• Contribute to workload planning by anticipating SB authoring needs and monitoring task progress.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities, including the creation of monitoring tools, feedback loops, and process optimization.
• Ensure Vendor Service Bulletins (VSB) follow internal processes and meet quality expectations.
• Support Airbus teams by providing clarifications, technical insights, and documentation-related guidance.
• Guarantee compliance with internal standards (BNAE, ATA100) and ensure all deliverables meet quality criteria.
