Requirements

• Professional experience in customer service, administrative support, or a call-center environment.
• Strong comfort level using computers, specifically email and dealership management software.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking over the phone.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous experience working within the automotive industry is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers scheduling vehicle maintenance or repairs.
• Manage the service department calendar by balancing technician availability with customer needs.
• Reach out to existing clients to provide friendly reminders about upcoming service milestones and safety recalls.
• Greet visitors as they enter the service area and help direct them to the appropriate advisor.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records for every client interaction.
• Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure they were happy with the care their vehicle received.
