Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
• Effectively communicate service options.
• Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, suspension work, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repairs to maximize customer value
• Manage service writing tasks accurately, including documenting vehicle issues and creating detailed repair orders
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments and follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
• Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel as needed for client meetings or training sessions
• Basic cash handling skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
