Service Captain / Service Crew (Full Time / Part Time)

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for greeting, preparing and serving food and beverages, delivering excellent customer service. You will also maintain a clean, organized restaurant and ensuring compliance with all safety and legal regulations at all times.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests, take orders, delivering excellent customer service

Process guests orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system

Knowledgeable of food and beverages menus, promote ongoing menu offerings

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food

Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly to any requests or concerns to ensure their satisfaction

Engaging with guests throughout the dining experience

Daily housekeeping tasks to ensure cleanliness and organization of the work environment

Ensure all equipment is in good working condition

Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcoholic and non-alcoholic supplies

Perform and support daily restaurant operations

Requirements

Basic Safety & Hygiene Certification

Customer focused

Operate point-of-sale (POS) accurately and efficiently

Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Opening and closing restaurant operations
