Service Center Assistant Manager

Guler’s Appliance & Mattress is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Service Center Assistant Manager to join our busy appliance parts and service department in Rockford.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments
• Assist customers over the phone and in person
• Log in, organize, and manage appliance parts inventory
• Keep the service center clean and organized
• Help route and dispatch service technicians
• Process paperwork, warranty claims, and service documents
• Order parts from vendors
• Pick up parts from local suppliers as needed
• Support daily operations of the service department

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working with computers and office software
• Ability to lift heavier items when needed
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record needed for this roll
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a service, parts, or support role
• Mechanical or appliance-related knowledge is a major plus

Schedule:

• Five shifts per week, Monday–Friday
• Occasional Saturday Mornings
• Daytime hours
• Closed Sundays
