Service Center Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Min. 3 years of experience as an Aftersales / Service Center Supervisor, preferably in multi-branch operations.
• Strong technical background in equipment repair, troubleshooting, and spare part forecasting/demand planning.
• Proven leadership, analytical thinking, quality control, and cross-branch management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently/periodically for site visits and branch audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, evaluate, and technical-upskill service center teams across all locations to ensure high operational throughput and service consistency.
• Lead complex repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance operations while enforcing strict QA/QC standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to forecast spare part requirements, monitor usage rates, and ensure part availability to minimize repair downtime.
• Resolve high-level customer complaints and analyze operational data to optimize repair workflows and report performance trends to management.
• Conduct routine business trips to audit branch operations, enforce SOP compliance, and drive KPI improvements (SLA, repair quality, customer satisfaction).
