Service Centre Administration & Customer Service

About the role

You will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our service centre, ensuring customers receive a high level of service and jobs are managed efficiently from booking through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to customers throughout the service process
• Managing customer enquiries, bookings and appointments
• Coordinating service jobs with technicians and the workshop team
• Maintaining accurate job and customer records
• Preparing and processing service documentation, invoices and other administration
• Following up outstanding jobs, parts and customer requirements
• Keeping customers informed of job progress and expected completion times
• Liaising with technicians, service managers, parts and other departments
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment
• General service centre administration and support

About you

• Previous experience working in a mechanical or automotive service centre – essential
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• The ability to confidently communicate with customers, technicians and management
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong computer and administrative skills. Accounts Payable / Receivable experience an advantage
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple jobs at once
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with caravan servicing or the caravan industry will be highly regarded
