Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• READS AND REVIEWS JOB CARD AND PROCESSES ACCORDING TO DEPARTMENT
• REVIEWS THE WEEKLY WORK IN PROCESS WITH THE SUPERVISOR TO MAKE SURE THE RIGHT ORDERS GO THROUGH THE ASSEMBLY LINE AT THE RIGHT TIME.
• MATCHES WORK FOR OPERATORS BASED ON ORDER NUMBER AND CUT NUMBER.
• FILLS OUT FINDINGS AND TRIM RESTOCK FORM TO REPLACE ANY THREAD AND TRIM THAT IS NEEDED FOR THE CUTS GOING THROUGH THE LINE.
• SIGNS UP MACHINES THAT NEED REPAIRED IF SUPERVISOR IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Additional Responsibilities

• COMMUNICATION WITH ALL SEWING OPERATORS.
• ABILITY TO LOOK AHEAD AND PLAN FOR POSSIBLE SLOWDOWNS OR SEWING OPERATORS OUT OF WORK.
• THE SERVICE PERSON ALSO HANDLES RECUTS AND ENTERS THE INFORMATION FROM THE JOB CARD IN TO THE QUALITY COLLECTION PLAN IN ORACLE.

Education & Experience Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be able to read and comprehend English language instructions
• Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work well with a team
• Good attendance record
• Ability to navigate a computer

Physical Requirements

• Standing, sitting, walking, bending as needed.
• Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges with or without correction.
• Using proper lifting technique may be required to lift objects up to 40 lbs.
• May be required to operate traditional office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones if needed.

Mental Requirements

• Displays ambitious, positive attitude
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with site leadership and team mates. May be required to occasionally interact with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work proactively and independently in a fast-changing environment
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Communicates with site leadership, immediate supervisor and team mates. May occasionally encounter customers and suppliers and corporate staff.
