About the role

Welcome and care for customers in the café with politeness, friendliness, and professionalism throughout their service experience. Create a warm and natural service experience that leaves a lasting impression and encourages customers to return.

Key responsibilities

• Receive orders and provide accurate information about food, beverages, and various menu items
• Recommend food and beverages appropriate to customer needs without applying high-pressure sales tactics
• Serve food and beverages, and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of tables and service areas
• Observe and attend to customer needs, providing appropriate assistance
• Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and atmosphere of the café area at all times
• Check the readiness of the area and equipment before opening, during service, and after closing
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and relevant team members to ensure smooth service
• Listen to customer feedback and complaints, and coordinate to resolve situations appropriately
• Perform other related service duties as assigned
