Tātou Collective are looking for an experienced Service Commissioning Lead to work alongside delivery partners, strengthen provider performance, and bring the commissioning model to life. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery—translating data into action, supporting capability, and ensuring services deliver real impact for whānau.
Key responsibilities
- Support provider performance and capability
- Ensure contract compliance and reporting quality
- Work with partners to improve outcomes for whānau
About you
- Experience in commissioning, contract management, or planning and funding
- Strong relationship management and coaching capability
- Ability to use data and insights to drive performance improvement
- Understanding of Pacific communities and culturally responsive approaches
This is a full-time, Auckland-based role, with some travel and flexibility required.
