- Lead the development and review of service specifications for procurement, contract renewal and market engagement.
- Partner with procurement and contract management teams on renewals, service redesign and contract transitions.
- Improve service quality, operational efficiency, compliance and value for money.
- Develop and update contract management policies, procedures and operational guidance.
About you
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience managing contracts or service agreements, including administration, compliance, performance and governance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-quality reporting and specialist advice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience interpreting complex information and managing risk.
- Experience developing contract performance, reporting and compliance frameworks.
- Experience preparing service specifications, business requirements or procurement documentation.
- The ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies and contractual requirements.
- The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and operate effectively in multidisciplinary environments.
